- Server access logs containing IP addresses (retained by Netlify, our hosting provider, for up to 30 days)

- Companies House — for company secretarial obligations
- Netlify Inc. — our website hosting and form processing provider. Data may be processed on servers in the United States under the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or equivalent safeguards.
- Google LLC — this website loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. Your IP address and browser information are transmitted to Google's servers. No cookie is set. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- ICPA — our professional body, where required by professional regulations
- National Crime Agency (NCA) — if we are legally required to submit a Suspicious Activity Report under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
5. International data transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the UK. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK IDTA, standard contractual clauses, or an adequacy decision by the UK Secretary of State.

- Accounting and tax records: 7 years from the end of the relevant tax year (HMRC requirement)
- AML verification records: 5 years from the end of the business relationship (MLR 2017)
- Enquiries that did not result in an engagement: 2 years
